“Next time,” a second passes before Ivan nods, repeating the words like it is a promise. Yet, just as Till is about to relax, he presses his lips together. In that same way he does whenever he is about to do something Till will be pissed off about. And his suspicion gets validated almost immediately when the other keeps talking. “So… you don't want the last one?”

“Can we kiss?”
The question strikes Ivan as if he were hit by a metal pole in the back of his head— full force. He whips his head around to the corner of the room where Till is sitting with his laptop. They are currently in the comfort of Till's bedroom, supposedly doing homework.
“Excuse me?” Ivan replies. Did he hear that right? Kiss? Till's face immediately flushes when hit with a question back.
“L-like as practice!” He exclaims, turning his head to the side to avoid Ivan's piercing gaze.
“You want to practice kissing.” Ivan inquires, though coming off as more of a statement.
A pause. “...Yeah.”
OR
Till asks to kiss Ivan— for practice, of course.
