Stelle had never been asked if she liked anyone, and she had never thought about it too much, either — well, not until recently, that is. Until recently, the only pull she ever felt for someone (or more like something) else was the allure she felt for trash cans. The love story between her and trash cans had been written with letters from discarded newspapers she found in the aforementioned trash; one that was met with disapproval, ridicule, and incomprehension.
That was until she met Aventurine.
At first, she didn't like that stupid peacock man, and that was not just because of her (occasional) bad run-ins with the IPC. He was way too cocky in the presence of Stelle, or how he felt downright villainous, the way he treated her in her room when she was alone.
So… when exactly had Stelle developed these feelings she was trying to sweep under the rug so desperately? — Good question, next one! Stelle didn't know the answer, either!
