Summary
As the cold winds howl beyond Winterfell’s walls, Arya Stark’s path takes a decisive turn. The arrival of Daenerys Targaryen’s army and the return of old faces bring alliances and tensions in equal measure. Arya stands apart, focused on her own mission: survival, revenge, and the names still left on her list.
Sandor Clegane—The Hound—returns as well, the brute she once left for dead, now a dark protector who shares the same hunger for unfinished vengeance. As they train and plan for the battle against the dead, a deeper bond grows between them, forged in shadow and steel.
When the Long Night is over, a new war begins. Arya and Sandor must decide whether they will stand with the others or strike out for King’s Landing to end Cersei Lannister’s reign of cruelty once and for all.

Summary
During the battle at The DoM, Hermione is captured and brought to Voldemort. When he uses Legitimacy papers to find her parents, what he learns angers him. Hermione is not Muggle-born; she is his. Having no idea he had a child, Voldemort changes gears when it comes to the war, hoping to gain Hermione's trust while doing so.
Severus has feelings for Hermione that are, in his eyes, inappropriate to feel for a student. It doesn't help when Voldemort wants him to bond with Hermione to protect her when she returns to Hogwarts to play interference with Albus.
Harry is conflicted when he learns of Hermione's true identity.
Dumbledore isn't the man Hermione thought he was.

Summary
After Harry’s misguided attempt at saving Sirius went pear shaped, the mystery surrounding Hermione (McGonagall) Granger’s paternity is answered obliterating her world. With Tom Riddle as her father and Minerva reluctantly agreeing to his request of keeping her at Malfoy Manor with him for the summer, she’s lost all but Luna in the way of friends. Now if only she could lose the ever present shadow of Professor Snape as easily. At least she can console herself with the knowledge that the start of the next term is only ten weeks away and then she can put everything into a tidy little box and pretend like it never happened. Or so she thought.
Turns out, her father is as paranoid about her return to school as her mother is about her summer amongst the Death Eaters. And for all their fighting, there’s one thing her parents can agree on: the only person they trust with her safety is Severus Snape, her unwanted shadow turned unwanted husband.
