Summary
After several lifetimes, each beginning in a cell and ending with sorrow, Subaru Natsuki tried to move on. Every attempt, every accomplishment, everything he ever loved was taken from him by those he tried to save, and those he left behind. Falling to despair, the former hero steps onto a dark path that will leave ruin in his wake, asking the question: what happens when someone loses themselves, time and time again?
He never wanted the answer. The Witch never wanted him to find it.
It's now been a year since Subaru Natsuki vanished from his prison cell, a year with everyone who cared for him searching, wondering, changing, and falling apart. When he returns into their lives, without memories, bloody, and with a little girl in his arms who claims to be his daughter, they'll be placed on a convoluted journey to discover the truth of Subaru's dark past, his twisted new family, and face the hell that they brought upon themselves...

Summary
The story is set in the Kingdom of Lugunica, some time after the events at the Sanctuary.
While Natsuki Subaru, now Emilia’s official knight—is traveling peacefully atop his earth dragon, Patrasche, a violent explosion shatters the quiet; at the scene, he discovers a smoking crater and a mysterious young girl named Yunli.
Possessing superhuman strength, she wields a sword even larger than herself with disconcerting ease.
Subaru quickly realizes that Yunli does not hail from Lugunica but from another world, having been accidentally teleported here with no way to return home.
Having experienced the plight of an outsider himself, Subaru decides to take her under his wing and help her survive in this perilous world.
The story will feature a blend of humor and combat across its chapters.Bookmarked by BabyN
