Summary
Obi-Wan meets Jango in a tea shop, and he likes him right away, and he thinks Jango maybe likes him too. It's a little weird, that people seem to give up their seats for him, and the token he leaves Obi-Wan as a calling card makes Master Windu's eyebrows raise higher than he's ever seen, but Jango is thoughtful, and kind, and listens when Obi-Wan talks. There can't be that much else to it.

It was a good plan.
Then Death Watch kidnapped Boba.
Several destroyed bases, one civil war, and a Darksaber later, Jango finds himself facing an uncomfortable reality:
He might be Mand’alor.
