Nick mumbled something in French.
“What was that?”
“Don’t tell Dad I’m sick.”
When Nick is sent home sick from school, all Charlie wants is to look after him. Which is easier said than done, when Nick all seems to want to do is shut him out.
Arguments are had, fevered confessions are made, truths are uncovered, and through it all, Charlie finally starts to understand his boyfriend’s brain a little better.

Summary
Charlie and Isaac have been going to the farmer's market every Saturday for years. Their favourite stall is a fruit stand run by Tara and Darcy and a colourful cast of visibly queer staff. But one Saturday, there is a new guy helping sell apples: tall and sporty with reddish-blonde hair, who is just wearing basic jeans and a grey t-shirt. Charlie is intrigued and instantly smitten, but apparently the man is only filling in last-minute. And besides, he's probably straight and taken anyway. Right?
Or: Nick and Charlie meet at the farmer's market when Nick fills in as a favour for Tara and Darcy. :)

After The Titan War and the fall of Gaia, Camp Half-blood starts to flourish as new campers are claimed and provided a home for shelter. Especially new was the new installment of minor gods cabin, kids of several other gods start popping up like flies. With the new rule of gods needing to claim their children before thirteen, There was no longer an unclaimed child wandering alone and crowding the Hermes cabin.
Nicholas Nelson used to be the star of his rugby team. He had always been strong, obviously. No other kid could hope to compare to his strength and resolve. Some may say it was slightly inhuman how good he was at rugby, but Nick never questioned it. He worked hard, so what?
