"No-" Soleum started.
Saheon made a dismissive gesture and cut him off, "Whatever-"
"No." Soleum grabbed at his wrist. "Baek Saheon, I'm sorry."
Saheon had to admit to himself that he'd fantasised moments like this. Soleum apologising. The terrifying, powerful, admittedly awe-inspiring Kim Soleum lowering his head to him. He had imagined making him grovel and beg for forgiveness, and Saheon would tower above him as he bowed and ducked his head in submission. He imagined the gratitude and happiness as he would forgive him, but not fully forgive him, for he would make sure to wring out every bit of use he could out of him.
But of course, nothing about this was satisfying.
(or, in part 3, Soleum insists on talking it out.)
