Post war magical world. The government learns that there is too much instability with the lack of dark wizards. They start a rehabilitation program that pairs known dark wizards with muggles, hoping to alleviate the low birth rates and prejudice in the same breath.
This story will include heavy pagan influence. An exploration of the influences Romanization may have had in the British Isles. A commentary piece on the need of balance and the dangers of expecting other societies to conform to your world view.

Summary
NCT was always meant to push the mold with their group. They're one of the largest in the industry and proud of it. However, when news breaks of the screw up that rocks the entire industry, they're left scrambling to try to make the best out of an impossible situation.
NCT in it's entirety is a pack matched with a single female character at the start. This is OT23 to its core as I didn't want to leave anyone out and I'm big on huge reverse harem works. There will be interactions between all characters. At least a couple of the members will be shown in a not so favorable light at points, but I'm not sure who as I honestly plan to pick names out of hats (I'm sorry, I just don't know enough about all the members to make more informed storyline decisions)
