Summary
Lian, smart as she is, does not bring the kittens to Roy. Her dad is too realistic. He'd say 'we are not prepared to house kittens' and then help her find a good home for them or perhaps a reasonable shelter. He'd be right as he does it too and she'd have a hard time being pissed at him, but she'd rather keep access to these kittens.
So no, not her dad. She instead drags them all the way over to Jason's place.
