Summary
Since the end of his fourth year, Harry has wanted only one thing: to stay away from Privet Drive.
Luckily, his "family" felt the same way. Between the nightmares and the bullying, he longs to forget what he endured at the cemetery.
Near a skate park in the neighborhood, he meets a boy who will change his future, his way of thinking, and, most importantly, introduce him to his new family.
Harry watched as the boy slowly raised his arm, brought the cigarette to his lips, and took a long drag. He lowered his arm, tapped the cigarette to shake off some ash, and exhaled the smoke, watching it unravel in faint wisps.
A certain magnetism drew him to this boy. Despite his incessant monologue, Harry was the kind of person who would rush headlong into things and think about the consequences later.

Summary
Harry was forced to return to the Dursleys in the summer before his fourth year. Dumbledore said it was due to his mother’s protection, laid by love, that he couldn’t live with Sirius at Grimmauld’s Place, and had to, instead, stay with his blood relatives.
He knew the love part was stupid, but the blood one earned his interest.
Perhaps, had Lily Evans done Blood magic?
