S l o w burn with actual enemies to lovers (Maybe not exactly, but he does almost kill her). Lots of relationship and worldbuilding. Basgiath is grittier and the consequences of a war college are taken seriously. Iron Squad is prominent and everyone gets a fair bit of screentime. OC arrives with hazy-at-best world knowledge.
