Gillion opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out as he looked down at what was in his hands. It was shoddily made, a simple strap of leather tied at either end to a sea shell. The warm brown of the material paired well with the black shell, which had an iridescent blue effect that Chip had accurately compared to his armor. It looked like Chip had taken the effort to slowly carve out the holes that the string attached to, rather than smash at it and risk breaking the whole thing.
It was a bracelet. Chip had made him a bracelet.Gillion gets fixated on some cultural practices from his home, and realizes some things in the process
