When Soap survived Las Almas, he was not expecting to find a strange American tagging along for the ride. Something about the stranger is wrong and he just cannot put his finger on it. However, the more then merrier when going up against Graves and Shepherd. If only he can get Ghost to agree.

The city of Cybertron is still recovering from the disastrous reign of the former mayor, Megatron. In the middle of the chaos, 5 brothers were left abandoned at a fire station. Now, grown up and with lives of their own, the city's problems are starting to become theirs. It isn't helping matters when one of their own falls for a psychopath. Along for the ride are the air evac workers of Delphi Hospital, the firefighters/paramedics of Station 124, the police precinct of Dead End, the employees of Bruticus bar, and the shadowy DJD. One man unites them all, the mysterious Deadlock who disappeared years ago.
