Summary
Jimmy has something to ask of Thomas during his last night at Downton.
(Canon-complaint, post-Jimmy being found in Lady Anstruther's room, pre-his depature from Downton. Fic inspired by Adele's song by the same name. Makes good reading music for this fic. Top!Thomas. This is basically Porn With Feelings.)

Summary
Thomas Barrow is many things; a thorn in Mr Carson’s side, sworn enemy to Miss O’Brien, an underbutler in a grand house, the cause of Jimmy’s angry, foul moods, and a queer man trying to hold his life together in fractured times.
Nobody expects Thomas to also be a father, least of all himself when his life unravelled many years ago.
When his family life comes crashing into Downton Abbey, Thomas’s position becomes all the more precarious now that his biggest secret is out. Suddenly, the reality of who is depending on him, and who he can depend on, is starkly clear.
Or is it?

Summary
Unforgettable, that's what you are
Unforgettable, though near or far
Like a song of love that clings to me
How the thought of you does things to me
Never before has someone been more
Unforgettable in every way
Jimmy catches a glimpse of Thomas he did not ever think he'd see and can't seem to forget about it. The event brings up feelings in him that he didn't know he had, or had tried very hard to ignore, and the memory of a certain night at Downton makes a re-appearance.
-Or; a "there, I fixed it" starting a couple of weeks after season 3 episode 9 (aka. "the Christmas special").
