“Thou art struck with fever,” Messmer said softly, the voice ripping her will to shreds as it surged the heat between her thighs into a crescendo. She cried out instinctively – a broken, lewd sort of thing – her legs giving way as she fell to the floor, barely managing to catch herself as she braced on her hands and knees. Every limb shook as if she were bitterly cold, yet the fire searing through each vein made sweat flash across her skin, beading against the back of her neck.
“S—stop talking,” she managed through clenched teeth, begging the sensations to stop. She feared if he spoke another word in that deliciously dark, soft tone she would careen into madness completely.
