Summary
Stiles needed a break from Scott and his Allison hat (get it because he has his head so far up her ass... you know what, never mind, I know I’m funny).
After the absolute shit show that was the warehouses everything, Stiles was ready to sleep. Unfortunately, that sleep was being impeded by the infestation that was the Hale Pack. From would be runaways sneaking into his house at all hours to trauma bond, to a not so dead Creeperwolf, an angst ridden previous lizard person, and newly borne banshee in the body of pre-existing queen bee, not to mention the newly christened curly haired pup and the raging eyebrowed Alpha; it was a wonder Stiles would ever get a break for the rest of summer.
Though an Alpha pack turning up at the same time as wolf twins was purely a coincident – Stiles is sure, and the less said about human sacrifices the safer for his sanity.
Stiles is starting to think he jinked himself when he said nothing ever happened in this town. Too fucking much was happening and Stiles would like a refund, thank you, because clearly his stereotypical small town was broken.- Language:

Summary
"...Beyond offers of murder and retribution most bloody, half-forgotten instincts were making themselves known, like ghosts shimmering through his thoughts. Cups of hot chocolate, blankets coated with the scent of pack, hugs and other forms of easy affection... all of it more than he could offer, but he wanted to. Wanted to wrap Stiles up in what pack had once been and promise Stiles that their world was more than loss and death."

Summary

Summary
Derek is tearing down the Hale house. Rebuilding on the foundation. He doesn't ask for help. Stiles shows up anyway — with a spreadsheet, a build schedule, and a group chat called "HGTV: Hell Edition."
Within six months, Stiles has nested so deeply into the territory that his scent is in the walls, he's wearing Derek's hoodies like they're his, and every wolf in the pack has quietly rearranged their life around him. He has no idea what he's doing. He thinks he's just the annoying human who does research.
Then the Alpha Council shows up, and an ancient Alpha names the thing everyone — except Stiles — has known for over a year.
Or: two people build a home together without admitting they're building it for each other.
It starts with the house.

Summary
Derek should’ve known better than to stand naked in front of a floor-to-ceiling hotel window at sunrise—especially when Stiles is awake and horny.
One moment he’s peacefully admiring the city waking up below; the next he’s chest-first against the glass, Stiles on his knees behind him, tongue buried deep in his still-gaping, cum-filled hole from last night.
Or the one where Derek and Stiles turn a quiet morning view into a shameless public spectacle, and the big bad wolf discovers he’s way too into being watched while getting wrecked.
