Suddenly, an inexplicable sense of safety and peace falls over him, relaxing his muscles and slowing his tears. It’s astonishing how quickly he stops crying - he only hiccups a handful of times before he’s been completely soothed by what he now recognizes to be the presence of some entity. He’s too weak to even jump as he feels cold, boney hands gently swipe the excess tears from his face.

Summary
This is an AU inspired by an answer on Tumblr to what each character would say if they broke the fourth wall.
The title is totally meant to invoke the song Your Reality from Doki Doki Literature Club. Which is also a bit of inspiration for this.
One day Pierrot's intense love for you helps him to reach through time and space, breaking that flimsy fourth wall, allowing him to talk directly to you. You don't realize it at first, but instinctively you know it's not normal or right, but you brush it off as a fluke or glitch.
Big mistake.
"I knew I would find my way to you eventually, my dear. There is only a screen separating us now, and I will find a way to cross it."
After all, the fourth wall is just a suggestion right?

His hand grasped your arm as his thumb caressed the prominent vein in your wrist. His touch was light, like a feather. His nail tickled the palm of your hand as you suddenly realize how small your hand is compared to his. You look up at him, he had gotten closer to your face. You could feel his breath ghosting your lips as he spoke;
"My dear.." he whispered, if any other noise was playing in the room you wouldn't have been able to hear him. "Can I-" he stopped, his mouth hung open just slightly as he stared down at you. His pupils were blown out, like a cats when they see their favorite toy, or in this case, his favorite person.
