Summary
With the conclusion of Project Hail Mary, Dr. Ryland Grace is thrust into the spotlight as he is appointed the new Director of the Petrova Task Force and Eva Stratt is arrested. He's tasked with finding a way to keep humanity alive while they wait for the beetles to return from Tau Ceti. But Dr. Grace has always been an overachiever.
Tony Stark sees his old college flame on a press conference asking for help from anyone who can do anything to help minimize the loss of life from the upcoming Ice Age. He knows his ARC reactor can provide energy needed to keep the lights on, but will Ryland accept that help? He's not even sure if he's offering to help because it is the right thing to do, or because it is an opportunity to rekindle a flame that was long ago extinquished.

Didn’t matter, he needed to move no matter what additional pain it woke in his heavy body. Gathering his arms under him, he pushed up—
There was something in his right fist. Taking one last look around the alley to verify no new threats were materializing—Christ, what city was he even in?—he pushed back to sit against the nearest cracked brick wall and uncurled his fingers.
A crumpled yellow sticky note wrapped around a cheap plastic thumb drive lay in his palm.
He unfurled the creased paper and found his own blocky handwriting staring up at him.
"He goes to space. 37 loops and no matter what I do, he always goes to space."
Then, in letters so heavily pressed into the paper the ballpoint had almost torn through it:
"Save him. Save them both."
