    "You know, we do have the car," Vex points out.

    “Well, now we have two bikes,” says Taryon. He’s beaming, showing off teeth white enough to match Vex’s jacket, and nearly dancing as he and Vex circle the motorcycle together. “And we can leave this fucker in the dust!” He tosses his head to indicate Percy in jest and the blown-out curls of his hair bounce around his shoulders in emphasis.

     

    Taryon makes himself a motorcycle, to match Vex. And Percy definitely could have done the same if he'd wanted to.

    Aranessa had never seen a pixie chrysalis before—nearly adult fae almost always decided to hatch in Faerie itself—but she knew instantly that it had to be Thimble. She ripped some of the tightest seams on a stocking and gently placed the metamorphosing fae, fibers and all, inside.

    Hiding her was more of an ordeal. She barely had breasts herself, and certainly not developed enough to have a big enough bra to hide her between. She did have corsets, mostly for special occasions, but she didn’t want to squish Thimble; likewise, wearing her beneath her skirts had too big of a risk of other low to the ground creatures catching on.

    When Vox Machina retires, Taryon moves in with Vex'ahlia (and Percival by extension). Over the course of their year off, the attachment between the three grows stronger than any of them expected, and into something they hadn't expected - but then Vecna comes to collect on long-made plans, and Tary returns to Deastock, and whatever was building is quietly buried under five years.

    Buried, but certainly not forgotten.
