If you ask Danny how this all started he'd tell you paperwork. It all started with a room full of paperwork. Then he added in some vacation with a pinch of murphy's law, stirred it up with some inter-dimensional travel and he got a recipe for disaster.

"Val? Are you sure we're going in the right direction?" Danny asked over the soft hum of the bike. Valerie was just above him on her hoverboard.
"The directions that Tim person sent us was pretty clear." Valerie answered."I've never heard of a Gotham City In New Jersey. Were we really cut off that long from the outside world?" He looked at the post-apocalyptic landscape before him.
"This might not be our world."
"Might."
Valerie sighed. "Anyway, we need to cover more ground and find a place to set up camp before it gets dark, we dont want to run into those phantasm-creatures."

Chloe had a rough night fighting an akuma, but now that the next morning had come she was truly excited for what the day would bring.
At least that was until everyone she knew began acting very strangely. Her girlfriend was acting like they weren't dating, her father hadn't scolded her, and all of her classmates acted like she was a terrible person...
Weirdest of all, why exactly was her super hero partner a boy now? Just what is happening here?!Currently on Hiatus as of Nov/2022 : Please note, that all my Ladybug Fics are currently on Hiatus. That doesn't mean this fic can't be enjoyed as is, but be aware that updates are not guaranteed. Please bookmark or sub to be notified when and if it happens.

Summary
"Oh, sod off. Chat's not who I'm in love with, you know that."
"True," Chloé draws out, because she's nothing if not proud, "But weren’t there so many rumours about you two about six years ago?"
Exactly six years ago. Chloé is a stalker and she's not ashamed of it.
"I'm pretty sure Chat's gay and he's only overcompensating," Ladybug says thoughtfully, stroking her chin, "I saw him wander around Adrien Agreste's window often enough."
Chloé chokes, sitting up on the couch and clutching at her stomach. She feels her shirt unbutton slightly, her skin shivering at the exposure, "Oh my god, Adrien, that sly dog. And all that time I thought he simply didn't like me. Can't believe we're both gay."
Ladybug's eyes shine, staring at her chest, "Yes, quite."
// Chloé is alone, and she's in love, and Marinette Dupain-Cheng can't stand the sight of her. Ladybug, however.
