    "I'm not mad at you." Kunikida sat back down but this time he was closer to Dazai. Almost uncomfortably so. He felt cornered and his heart was starting to race. The room started to feel way too hot.

    "You're not?" He whispered.

    "I want to know why. Why were you drunk off your ass in the cemetery? Why didn't you at least lie and say you were sick? Whose grave was that?"

    The stinging sensation behind Dazai's eyes was nearly unbearable now. If he didn't find a way to get himself out of this situation, he might end up crying in front of him.

     

    Or when Dazai doesn't show up to work, Kunikida becomes incredibly concerned.
