They are both personas, a front to prevent people from looking at whats really under the surface.But sooner or later Tim should have known Gotham being a city of secrets, nothing stays buried forever. Especially not when the bats get involved with their trashy next door neighbor whose behavior seems more and more contradictory.
Tim had saved them all more times than he could count, maybe this time they could return the favor.

“Oh.” Peter said simply. Like it made all the sense in the world. Like he hadn’t just died and ended up in a mysterious place— presumably a city— named Gotham.

Summary
Peter Parker, like any 14 year old superhero mutant, really wants to catch a break. And yet somehow, he never gets one. He's just a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, nothing special, so what gives?
Well, that's only if you don't look at his biology ever since the radioactive spider bite. Or his extensive track record of running away from his guardians and that he was homeless for a bit. Or the amount of people in his life that have died because he's some kind of bad luck charm. Or that his foster-dad is Tony Stark now.
Or the fact that he was randomly kidnapped one morning on his way to school, and now he's in an alternate universe with a bunch of strange vigilantes that keep stalking him.
He thinks they mean well, but they're really weird. Besides that Red Hood guy. He's pretty cool. Though something about them- especially Nightwing- is familiar, that's not important. He has enough on his plate right now, considering there are multiple people trying to upend the fabric of time and space. He can figure out the other details later.

Tim scoffed. “That’s what Bruce thought, too. Besides, it would hardly be a secret son if you knew about him.”-
Peter’s mostly adjusted to life in Blüdhaven. Sure, sleep is optional most days, money is tight, and good people seem to avoid him like the plague, but that had been true even back in New York. But when two very suspicious men walk into his part-time job, his routine is, to put it politely, launched directly into the sun.
What follows is a mess of paparazzi, stalkers, a tiny but nonetheless murderous uncle, odd jobs (in every definition of the word), identity shenanigans, and a troubling father-son duo who don’t quite know what to make of each other.-
Or: Peter wakes up in a new dimension where he has a family. Too bad he’s leaving soon, right?

And yet, thanks to living in Gotham and having a knack for running into Wayne family members (and their well-hidden nighttime personas) at the worst possible moments, she keeps having to fake being related to them to escape increasingly uncomfortable situations. Weirdest of all? They’re all going along with it.
Or five times a perfectly average college student has to rely on various members of the Batfamily (and their civilian personas) to get out of sticky situations.
