Draco Malfoy has terrible friends.
The kind of friends who get drunk on his birthday and remember a (when-they-can-be-bothered) tradition where they summon Harry Potter - for a laugh.

Apart from this time, it does.

When the Grim arrived at Malfoy Manor, Draco knew he didn’t have much time left.
It was really quite inconsiderate of it, to only appear after the war was over. Draco had thought he was free to trudge about the Manor in gloomy isolation, feeding the thestral herd and staring glumly at yet another cucumber-and-cheese sandwich. Even the portraits had fled.
Now, though, with a portent of doom skulking at his heels, Draco has found that perhaps a deadline was just the thing he needed to feel alive again.
