Hindsight is 20/20, but in Alfred's defence, he has a prescription for shitty eyesight. Besides, why the hell would he ever question his friend's intentions?! Despite everything that happened today, that wasn't going to change now. What could he say? He was just stubborn and thick in the head.
Which was probably why it took him so long to figure out that he had become a victim of the very same love potion he helped distribute before... but he wasn't really concerned by that when he found himself looking at someone through a brand new, rose tinted lens...
