Summary
"Wait, are you being serious right now?" Lockwood inquired, almost spitting out his tea, his tone on the verge of offended. A form of shock. "Are you mad?!"
Whomever said he could be an actor wasn't wrong. Because damn he could have. Lucy could swear he was born for the stage.
"Yes. I'm very mad for the fact that I've never been on the London Eye. This is a huge emergency that must be fixed right now." Lucy rolled her eyes. "Who cares about cleaning up the problem when Lucy Joan Carlyle has never been on the London Eye?"
(SPOILERS, GO AWAY IF YOU HAVEN'T FINISHED THE EMPTY GRAVE AND DON'T WANT SPOILERS)
Lockwood takes Lucy to the London Eye a few weeks after the events of The empty grave.

Summary
That’s when his brain latched on. Once it had been thought, Lockwood was doomed.
Lucy, combined with his own last name, would also make a lovely little alliteration. It would certainly be a lot more than just a little lovely and he felt heat creep up his neck.
Lucy Lockwood.
Or: Lockwood can’t help but thinking just how lovely marriage could be

Summary
“Posh bastard,” she shot back, slapping his arm with the dish towel. “We take walks.” She paused. “Sometimes that was all there was to do up there.”
“Oh, good.” He smirked at her. “So, you’re familiar with the concept.”
“Probably more familiar than you are, Mr. I-Don’t-Mind-Calling-A-Cab-It’s-A-Whole-Mile-Away.”
Lockwood’s jaw dropped; his eyes glittered wickedly. “I suppose back home, you’d walk four miles to the agency and back in six feet of snow.”
“Seven,” she retorted promptly.
Or: Lockwood asks Lucy to go for a walk. He's got a specific destination in mind.
