Sure, he looms. Says objectively insane things. Appears in rooms like a sleep paralysis demon with emotional attachment issues.
But he’s also the only honest person in Oceanside. Which is probably why Bonnie ends up accidentally becoming part of the Cody family.

Summary
Excerpt: He turns the shower off and gets out, opens the door and she’s standing there, towel in hand with a cop in uniform behind her. Pope takes the towel, looks at the cop and says; “do you mind, man? My dick is out.”
After prison, Andrew and his brothers rob a bunch of ATMs. When it all goes wrong, Pope ends up hiding out with someone who seems to know him, but he doesn’t recognise. Refusing to accept stolen money for hiding him from the cops, she asks him for a favour. And then he just keeps going back for more.
This started as a collection of (mostly porn) scenes between Pope/OFC in my head and I've now been forced to write actual chapters to make them work. It has now grown a real plot and become a full blown canon re-write fix-it fic.

Set in the aftermath of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, V is a mercenary running out of time, options, and any reason to keep playing by someone else’s rules. The Relic is slowly killing her, and survival once again comes wrapped in conditions.
Drawn into the orbit of the Federal Intelligence Agency and President Rosalind Myers, V is sent into Dogtown to recover Songbird under the familiar pretense of possible salvation. Nothing is guaranteed. Nothing ever is.
When V realizes how easily she can be sacrificed and how expendable she has always been, she makes a calculated, irreversible decision. She betrays them.
Instead, she turns to Dogtown, a sub-district ruled by Kurt Hansen, a warlord and former Militech colonel whose honesty is as brutal as it is rare in Night City. V does not believe Hansen is good. She believes he is effective. And for the first time, that feels safer than promises from people who already consider her dead.
What follows is the slow, dangerous unraveling of a truth that could destabilize not only Dogtown, but V herself. V confronts autonomy, freedom, and the cost of choosing love in a world that does not reward it, and where loss is inevitable rather than born of betrayal.
