    The Winter Soldier isn’t alone.

    For the last ten years, HYDRA’s most dangerous weapon has been responsible for another: a fourteen-year-old Peter Parker, stolen as a child and raised to become the perfect assassin.

    After the fall of HYDRA, Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson, Bruce Banner and the Avengers are left with two deeply conditioned survivors who don’t believe they’ve been rescued, only transferred. While Steve struggles to reconcile the man he loved with the Winter Soldier standing before him, Sam becomes the first adult to show Peter that kindness doesn’t have to be earned and mistakes don’t deserve punishment.

    Recovery is slow, memories return in fragments, and healing is anything but straightforward. As the past slowly unfolds in reverse, Bucky and Peter must learn that they were never what HYDRA made them believe they were—and that home can be built, even after everything.
