Summary

For years, Jisung and Minho were perfectly fine with their peaceful, platonic routine. But now, Jisung feels like his love for his roommate is a volcano ready to erupt. Minho, on the other hand, is terrified that taking one real step forward will destroy the only thing he truly cares about, preferring to stay stuck in an emotional limbo. A story about how the hardest confessions sometimes have to be sung before you find the courage to cross the line. Proving that when you want it so bad, you are finally willing to risk absolutely everything.

Canon-adjacent. I took some liberties by eliminating the 9th, adjusting their dorm timeline, and a few other changes. Also, disclaimer that, while obviously Stray Kids members are real people, my depictions of them are purely fictional. I’m using their real timeline and events as a backdrop for a fictional story and I’m in no way insinuating these things actually happened. (I mean, cute if they did, but this story is straight from my imagination.)
