Optimus and Ratchet both do something they regret- but Ratchet pays the price.

This is essentially a rewrite/addition of the infamous deleted scene where Optimus confronts Ratchet for torturing a Decepticon while he was on Synth-En. I'm planning two chapters. The first is closely written to match the scene, but chapter two marks the canon divergence. :D

Summary
The title says it all. Instead of Ratchet bringing up Cliffjumper during his argument with Optimus, he brings up Elita and takes his rant to the next level and way too far. Will Optimus actually deck him in the face like how the TFP writers originally wanted to do but didn't because they scrapped it and thinks it would have been out of character for Optimus to do that or simply give him grace because he's on Synthetic Energon?
