Summary
Han Jisung is going to be an idol.
He doesn’t know when, or how. He barely has enough money to replace the shoes on his feet, but that doesn’t matter. He has a backpack with a hole in it, a beat-up boombox, and enough confidence to believe that if he keeps singing and dancing, eventually someone important will hear him.
Unfortunately, the first person to pay attention is the cop who gives him a citation for busking.
Eighteen and completely clueless about what to do next, Jisung walks into civil court looking like he got dressed out of a donation bin and asks for help.
The lawyers take one look at him and hand him to the fresh meat.
Lee Minho is twenty, exhausted, and working pro bono cases while finishing law school. He believes in realistic goals, steady jobs, and having a plan.
Minho thinks he’s ridiculous. Jisung thinks Minho needs to dream bigger.
Neither expects one busking citation to become the beginning of everything.
Long before the fame, friends, and lives they never could’ve predicted, there was a broke eighteen year old with an impossible dream… and a law student assigned to keep him out of trouble.

Five small white sticks lay scattered at his feet like fallen dominoes. All of them showing the same thing - two pink, unmistakable lines.

"Felix," Minho acknowledges, but his eyes never leave Jisung. "You didn't tell me..."
"Tell you what?" Felix's voice carries a knowing lilt.
"How..." Minho searches for words. "Different he is."
Jisung shifts nervously, the movement causing the lace at his collar to flutter. "Is...is that bad?"
"No," Minho says quickly. Too quickly. He clears his throat. "No, it's...you…,” Minho trails off, eyes glued to the lithe boy in front of him.
“Isn’t he pretty, hyung? I told you he’d be perfect for the job,” Felix smiles, eyes boring into Minho’s face, delighted with the turn of events.
Minho’s lips twitch into the faintest smile. “Yeah,” he says, his voice low. “Pretty.”or: Jisung’s best friend Felix gets him a job at his older brother Minho’s maid cafe after escaping from the prison of his childhood home.
