    Summary

"How long have we known each other?" Her voice felt rusty.

Raoul was sprawled next to her on the bed. He blinked at the ceiling and cracked his neck. "Twenty years?"

"Twenty years," Buri sighed. She felt like steam was rising off both of them. "We could have been doing this for twenty years."

    __________

Sometimes it takes a while to go from friends to lovers. But it helps if you can read each other's minds.

    Summary

A shield can only take so much damage, even if it is the shield of a kick-ass space robot. And when a shield breaks, people can get hurt.
This was a request! I’m not sure if people are just desperate for some hurt Pidge, or if it’s just my specific brand of hurt Pidge that you like, but either way, I am extremely flattered by the amount of requests I’ve gotten for her!
