Summary
When Shane turns back towards the door, he is met with icy blue eyes watching him from the doorway. Transfixed, Shane stares back at the man. His striking features are perfectly aligned, resembling those of a Greek statue, framed by carefully styled blond curls. When Shane chances a look further down, he learns that his stature is just as imposing — though his baggy shirt hides his torso, the man's arms bulge with muscle, his jeans hug his large thighs like they were tailored directly onto his skin, and his hands are broad and masculine where they grip a box of pralines a little too tightly. Shane, despite his natural instincts, dares to meet the man's gaze again, and finds those blue eyes fixated on him with an intensity he has never been subject to before. They flit over his face, traveling down the length of his body before quickly jumping back up. Finally, he speaks, his words a soft purr.
"Are you a siren?"

Summary
If there was something M’Baku didn’t expect, it was that the once again king of Wakanda would be standing in front of him again so soon. The Great Gorilla had thought, and with reasons, that after the Jabari returned to their mountains, things with the other tribes would go back to normal, with the Jabari as outcasts in the land that had birthed them. But T’Challa was standing in front of him, chin high, and the determined fire of a king in his eyes.
“I’m here for diplomatic reasons,” T’Challa spoke, sure of his words. “I have a proposal for you.”

T'Challa assumes Erik is misunderstood and given time, he'll come around to see things from his perspective. He doesn't expect redemption. Erik's too stubborn to ever think he's wrong.
Erik doesn't want to understand the world through T'Challa's eyes. He may as well be blindfolded and left to fantasize about the world being a better place. He knows the truth. T'Challa's just too stupid and stuck in his ways to handle the truth.
So, their story begins where neither cousin believes their feud will ever end. Until one incident after the next changes things. . .
