Summary
Ray's mom's running against the Major in a mayoral campaign for Freeport. Art's campaign manager. Ray and Pete help out. Stebbins is outed as the Major's bastard. Harkness runs the story. Hank and Collie and Gary try to capitalize on the Major's demise. But not before a lot of other shit happens in the interim. Meaning like scandals and sex and kidnappings and a whole lotta other normal stuff that happens during a campaign.
