“You’ll be safe, Peter.”
Those were Doctor Strange’s last words before launching Peter into a new universe: a place where Peter Parker didn’t exist, without his friends, without his family, and without his suit. What Strange didn’t mention was that “being safe” meant waking up in a culture tank inside a clandestine laboratory, stripped of four years of his physical life and trapped in the modified body of a thirteen-year-old preteen.
