Dazai skipped out on work this week. He is still bleeding after all. He didn't want to see Mori until he wasn't in agonizing pain.

“Still the same Chuuya,” Dazai said softly, his voice devoid of its usual cheer. “Always so concerned about me.”
Chuuya let out a low, humorless laugh, the sound cutting through the room like a blade. “Concerned? Don’t flatter yourself. I just can’t believe you’re still the same pathetic coward I remember.” He gestured vaguely toward the folder on the table. “But hey, at least you’re consistent. Mori can always count on you to debase (degrade) yourself when it counts.”
OR
Chuuya came in to deliver paperwork and finds Dazai there- Chuuya humiliates Dazai. Ranpo, Kunikida&Atsushi are outside, listening.

Summary
Alternate Universe Time Travelled Dabi meets 13 year old Todoroki Touya. This is a bad thing.
Dabi hated himself at that age and hates having this living embodiment of failure shoved in his face. He is a villain and he's going to ruin Touya in the most subtle and insidious way possible.
Todoroki Touya at 13 years old has failed at life. His father is disappointed in him, his mother can't bring herself to look at him, and his siblings can barely stand staying in the same room as him. He felt worthless. Why was he born? Why does he exist? He was spiraling into the abyss.
But then, he met Dabi.
Dabi acknowledges Touya. He sees and hears Touya. Dabi listens. Dabi cares. Dabi actually wants Touya around. Touya has never felt more loved and cherished than when Dabi looks at him with those burning blue eyes.
Touya loves Dabi.
