Monsters escaped through the Doors of Death and desecrated the House of Hades. New enemies attacked every step of the way. The demigod camps had war on their horizons.
No demigods had ever fallen into Tartarus and lived to escape. Mother Earth thought that she had won the second the Heroes of Olympus fell.
Gaea should have known better than to count out the daughter of Poseidon and the son of Apollo. The greats were fated to fall.

The warrior felt the wind shift. The stom intensified, answering to its master's fury.

"You didn't stop when I begged you!" He snarled as he plunged the weapon once more.
Briliant, blinding light came out of the wound—light diferent from that of ichor. it felt pure, divine, all consuming.
Odysseus threw an arm up to sheild his eyes.

"Didn't you say that ruthlessness was mercy upon ourselves?"Poseidon felt the sea freeze, the waves still, the fauna cower.
"I will take this as renoucement of parenthood," Poseidon rumbled out.
"What?"
"You helped create him. And now?" Poseidon informed the lowly Ithacan, "You would kill him."
"No," the warrior-king said ghostly, "-not possible."

There was no beard yet, no old sagging face. This was teenager Pan.

What was going on? Pan was here, but he looked young?
Oh gods, did Grover die? Was this his paradise?
(There was no way Grover somehow traveled to the past. No way!)

Grover Underwood accidentally travels to a different universe, one where gods don't have kids. Where they aren't tempered.
One by one, when trying to escape, he brings his friends in. Soon, the pantheon has four(or more)little miracles stumbling around, and they aren't planning on letting them go anytime soon.
