Summary
Clint cleared his throat, his gaze darting between Phil and the tabletop. “I guess I just assumed—“
“Yeah.” Phil gave a small, dry chuckle. “I think most people would assume that. But after a full day at SHIELD, running missions, being in charge—” he gave a little shrug— “the best thing in the world is not having to make any decisions. To not think. Just do.” He caught Clint’s eye again, pinning Clint in place. “It makes all the noise in my head disappear,” Phil continued. “For a little while.”
--------
After a bad mission and a few drinks, Phil accidentally reveals something personal to Clint. Clint decides to take a chance… and take control.

“You should bring a date.” She turned to Pepper, setting her mug down on the table. “Don’t you think, Pepper?”
Phil had no idea where this was going, but he had to squash it now, because he could already tell it was not going to end well for him. “I don’t need to bring a date. Besides, I’m flying out tomorrow. I can’t just create someone out of thin air.”
“Please,” Natasha said with a wave of her hand. “We’re SHIELD. We can create anything out of thin air.” She focused on something behind Phil, and one corner of her mouth quirked up. “And I think for this, we won’t have to. Clint!”

Summary
At forty-one, Dr. Castiel Novak is the proud recipient of a generous grant to fund his project on sustainability and urban farming from the Campbell Foundation, a small investing firm based out of Chicago. The night before he meets the award committee, lonely and pushed by his friend Balthazar, Castiel has the best sex of his life during a casual Grindr hook-up with “just-visiting” forty-seven-year-old Dean. Castiel’s life appears to be coming together, until he discovers that Dean is the head of the grant award committee. For the sake of professionalism, Castiel is willing to ignore the intense attraction between the two of them, but Dean turns out to be too tempting to resist.

Summary
Dean's doing fine. He's always late for work, he's not taking care of himself, and he isn't planning on changing that - but seriously, he's fine. Except for one thing: someone's brought back the chili pepper rating system for all of the professors on campus, and Dean isn't rated the hottest. It's Castiel Novak, the guy who's always walking around in terrible sweater vests, who's got the full ten chilis - and that's something Dean does plan to change.

Summary
Dean Winchester is one of the finest circuit riders of his generation, right after his legendary father. He's got the life he loves, with the exception of one thing - one person: his biggest sponsor, Castiel Milton. Despite being a ranch owner, Milton is only interested in one thing, and that's making money, even at the expense of animals past their prime. At least, that's what Dean's animosity has been lead to believe. However, coming face to face with his misunderstanding makes him reevaluate a lot of things, including his feelings for Castiel.

Summary
Up-and-coming rodeo star Dean Winchester has it all: a horse he trusts, a brother he’s proud of, and a job he loves. The only thing missing is someone to share it all with.
At the World Equestrian Games, he finds himself paired with Castiel Novak, the country’s top dressage rider, for a special exhibition. Their challenge: blend Dean’s bold, fast-paced reining with Cas’ elegant, precise dressage, creating a performance that’s equal parts power and poetry. The catch? They have to switch horses to do it.
Between shared laughs, careful corrections, and the occasional lingering glance, the two riders learn that partnership isn’t just about perfecting a routine – it’s about reading subtle cues, trusting instincts, and letting someone in.

Summary
It’s been a few years since Dean’s wife died, and he thought he was mostly doing okay. So it’s a surprise when he ends up sobbing in a parking lot, in the arms of a hot guy he’d been trying to hook up with that night. After that embarrassing incident, he doesn’t think he’ll ever hear from Cas again.
Picture his shock when Cas turns out to be The Rev. Castiel Novak — the brand-new, openly gay pastor of Dean’s congregation in Eudora, Kansas, who is very much interested in asking Dean out.
There’s just one problem: only a small handful of people know that Dean is bisexual. Does he really have it in him to date the most notorious man in town?
