“Cody”, Boba echoes slowly, looking at the clone’s face. He’s always thought either Jango or Boba would fit with that particular face, but he thinks Cody’s not too bad. “I like it! I think it suits you.”
CC-2224-Cody-lets out a surprised little laugh, which he quickly covers up with a cough. “You don’t even know me.”
Boba grins at him. “I know enough.”

Cody is staring back at him. In this light Boba can finally see the deep bags under his eyes. The worry lines around his eyes. The fact that hair is longer than he’s ever seen it, mussed and untidy. Like he’s run his hand through it a hundred times in the last couple of hours.

Summary
When something goes wrong on a patrol in Coruscant's Lower Levels, Fox ends up captured. He escapes. Or, more honestly, a youngling also being held there escapes and decides to take Fox with her. In thanks, he patches her up afterwards and assumes he'll never see her again.
Then she comes back, injured again but she won't tell him how, instead she feeds him intel about the Lower Levels, like a payment he never asked for. She's skittish and so small and Fox will never turn her away but his worry grows each time he finds himself treating her wounds.
Eventually, something has to change, but this change is one Fox never saw coming.

The last thing Wren could ever be is naive. She's seen too much, been too much. She's sitting at the desk of a man she killed cleanly with the knife she keeps in her boot. Naive will never describe her. Young and hurting though? "Kid, if everyone wants something, what do I want?"
"I traded intel for medical care," she says, matter-of-fact, so certain of it that it tears at his chest.
"No, you gave me intel, even when I told you over and over that I didn't need it." He'd always known it was going in one ear and out the other when he told her it wasn't a trade. Just pressing the topic too long made her so uncomfortable that he gave up. And yet, he'd really hoped, after all this time, it might've sunk in. "But if you didn't believe me, then what did Stone want? Thire? Thorn? Hound? Stent? Morbid? Lane? Rep? Ada? Every Corrie you've met, what did they want? Intel for every single one of them doesn't seem like a fair trade."

Wei Wuxian forgets to tell Jiang Cheng that he and Lan Wangji are expecting their first child. The following two weeks at Lotus Pier are stressful as Wei Wuxian tries hiding his pregnancy from a nosy teenager while looking for the perfect chance to tell Jiang Cheng. If he can deliver the news just right, Wei Wuxian believes that it'll repair his relationship with his former martial brother.
In the meantime, monsters are encroaching in Yunmeng, Lan Xichen may leave seclusion against his will, and Jin Ling is just doing his best.
