Hannibal AU! Disgraced from his former career, Will Graham is running out of options for employment. He takes up a precarious tutoring position for Duchess Abigail Lecter of Varéna. He was given three months to prove himself a capable teacher and it hasn't been going well. He has one month left to earn his position from a resistant student but must also garner favor with the Duke of Varéna, Hannibal Lecter. It is proving harder than expected. The Duke is so welcoming and soft in Will's dreams (and fabulous dreams they are) but in real life, he's less than polite and Will can't figure it out.

Summary
Hannibal suggests age play as a form of therapy for Will. Its extremely mild dubious consent (only with age play), he likes to push Will whenever he can.
Supernatural elements with Hannibal being perhaps not all human. Canon typical murdering and cannibalism. Its still got soft age play stuff, but there is graphic crime scenes in later chapters.
Set some time in season 1, but we're ignoring a lot of canon here.

Summary
Anon prompt from my tumblr:
Hannibal taking Will's rectal temperature and finding he's running one. He decides to give Will a few injections in the butt and also some suppositories, but Will is really scared of both of them so Hannibal has to soothe him a while. It'd be awesome if Hannibal was really sweet and caring with him.

“I believe rational society should set an example to the population when rules are broken. For centuries the most significant punishment was death or life in prison.” Hannibal starts.
“America wants to set an example to the world that murder will not be tolerated, that the regression therapy sentence handed down will be retribution for the families of the deceased, deterrence for others in society who may perceive murder to be an acceptable solution to a problem they face, rehabilitation for the offender and future incapacitation of committing the act again.” Hannibal cites the act almost perfectly as though it is memorized. “The passing of regression therapy as a treatment is more to degrade and dehumanise a person in public. An execution was at least a swift death.”
Pursing his lips, Will knows what Hannibal means, but he has seen the good the treatment has done. It’s not completely bad. “Unlike capital punishment, regression treatment did send a message. The rate of murder and even violence went down considerably.”
