Ollie is across the room on the recliner, face hidden beneath his hand but eyes still staring straight at Felix. Felix is too busy rubbing Venetia’s back and pretending he isn’t getting just as misty-eyed as she is to call him on it.
His tears are hot. They flow in wet lines down his cheeks, some curving with his mouth. He licks his lips and tastes salt.
Felix knows Oliver is watching. Oliver knows he knows. Neither have mentioned it.

Felix gets fun little fixations every once in a while. There was that time he memorized every English monarch in order, but then promptly forgot when he started studying tattoo artistry. He was able to tell exactly what brand and vineyard a red wine was from, but that skill dulled once he read all of Shakespeare’s works and started writing character essays.
Now, it just so happens that Felix can not, for the life of him, stop thinking about what Oliver’s skin feels like. Tastes like.

“If wrath and hatred have ceased to inspire you, perhaps there are…other passions and sins that would serve to set you ablaze,” Zenos murmured.

At the moment he doesn't even remember the name of the bar, it just looked like a normal bar for civilians. He wasn't drunk, maybe a bit tipsy but he only had two beers, so it feels almost impossible to blame the alcohol on his current situation.
"Focus on me, Rob. C'mon, stop thinking so hard." Flambae's breath feels too warm against the sweat, damp skin of his neck, causing a shiver to run through his entire body.
Robert definitely wasn't expecting to find anyone from work at this bar, especially the asshole that keeps talking shit about him any chance he gets. He hates Flambae, so why is he grinding against him in a stall of a bar's public bathroom??
