Summary
Henry was supposed to be the hero. He was supposed to have saved everyone. Yet, in his fevered rush back to Suchdol with Jobst's army at his back, he could never imagine that he'd be too late to save the one he loved.
Grief and loss colored his time after that. Shunned by the nobles he had grown close to, he takes to traveling with Jan Zizka, and taking up arms against the remaining forces loyal to Sigismund. Everyone, including Henry himself, hopes that time will heal all wounds. But some wounds are made to last forever--for better or worse. And maybe those with similar wounds will find comfort in each other.
