Your immediate instinct is to roll your eyes but the line surprises you enough that a huff of a laugh slips from your mouth before you can stop it. Your mouth twists instead as you look up to see a face that is very pleased with itself.
Known to you only as Kaminari, scribbled across his nametag in scratchy handwriting and followed by a crude, faded drawing of a lightning bolt, stands a….man. A boy….man. Man boy.
He’s grinning at you from where his hip is resting on the arm of the couch you’re sat on, tucked in the very back of the only 24 hour coffee shop anywhere near campus, utterly charmed with himself, as he tends to be. Dressed in a graphic t-shirt and jeans, a dirtied apron tied around his waist, blonde hair hanging in his face with the signature black lightning bolt through one bang you’re pretty sure he dyes in himself, he’s cute. Cuter than you’re willing to admit to yourself and certainly cuter than you’d ever admit to him.
