Summary
After finally waking up a month later, Fíli finds Bard’s eldest daughter by his side; she keeps him company as he recovers. Over the course of days and weeks, a friendship of sorts begins to blossom between them, yet sooner or later, both must return to reality. Fíli assumes his place as heir to the throne, while Sigrid learns what it means to be a princess of Dale.
