Summary
Lance is funny, charming, and only slightly a terrible person — at least until things stop going his way. After upon finding out Keith has a soft spot for him from Hunk, Lance decides to test it by subtly asking to spend more time with him in order to get closer to the seniors for social leverage before James Griffen interferes and ruins the moment causing a fight between the two. Seconds later, karma strikes when Shiro accidentally launches a football straight into Lance’s face, knocking out one of his teeth. Now stuck with a temporary flipper and forced into Keith’s orbit, Lance slowly becomes obsessed with toying with Keith and unknowingly developing feelings towards the other.

Summary
Footsteps suddenly echoed around them, the ground trembling. Lance grabbed a hold of Hunk, who grabbed Pidge, who grabbed Keith, who grabbed Shiro. They were a wall of shaking paladins, and from a cloud of dust emerged a single paw. Then another. Soon four, white cat paws stood before them. The creature leaned down, revealing its face. A cat snout was in the middle, and two sets of ears sat atop, leading to 4 ears. One pair was folded down like a dog’s. It had one eye in the middle, focused on them. Its mouth suddenly opened, and a long tongue ran over the paladins. They stand there, drenched in slobber.
The creature made a noise of something between a bark and a meow, then miniature versions of it ran over from under it. The smaller cats jumped and clawed at their armor.------
During an ordinary mission, when all was going well, Lance finds himself in a life or death situation. As his heartbeat fades, his paladins around him, Blue lion comes to the rescue. But when Lance wakes, he isn't the same, and may never be again. But, through the chaos of changing, he discovers he has new feelings for a certain teammate.Bookmarked by Enaid989
