Summary
A humble farm-bun wanted nothing more than to serve the greater good, to be a cop despite being a bunny, all in the city that has captivated her since she was a kit. She didn't have to, she didn't have to do anything, but she wanted to. Judy Hopps didn't just survive the ZPA, she excelled, but the city she loves was tearing itself apart. It was the worst time to be the first bunny cop in Zootopia, and her attempts to make the world a better place ran afoul of plans years in the making. You know the story, she exposed the mayor and saved the city... right? It only cost her a friend.
World-weary and drifting, a fox was running on autopilot. He didn't need to hustle, but he hustled to keep himself from falling back into a world he'd been kicked out of years ago. His 'same shit, different day' world was rudely interrupted by a mammal he frankly didn't see coming, and it awoke something within him he thought long buried. It all seemed too good to be true, they found the missing mammals, stopped the bad guy, and he was set to join her in the light... Then she betrayed him. Could he forgive her?
Neither knew when she came back that they were both riding the tail end of the leading front of the coming storm.

Summary
Lucas, a follower of the phoenix demi-goddess, Hestia, finds himself escorting her into a festival celebrating her and the spring equinox. Normally, this isn't a problem, but she wants to truly experience it as a common citizen. The escort duty quickly becomes a date, with Lucas questioning his own hopes and desires. The goddess may have desired more than a simple date and festival experiences.
