Theres hundreds of those stories of missed opportunities when they were younger. Sometimes its fear, misunderstanding, thinking the love is unrequited or whatever and they don’t get together and then they’re left regretting their missed opportunities.
Well here's another one - Childhood friends who lose touch with each other once Izuku presents as omega reunites years later. Both are married with pups of their own but they start an affair that destroys their entire lives. A villain attack leaves them stuck in their 13 year old bodies and they get the chance to do it all over again.
