Summary
Aziraphale makes it to the door in time to see the Bentley scream into view. She slides from one side of the street to the other, traction a thing of the past, and slams her brakes on as she reaches the shop. Instead of slowing gracefully to a halt – not really her thing at the best of times – she spins into an accidental drift that screeches her back wheels around in a wide arc that, for a moment, Aziraphale is sure will end with her halfway through the wall of the pub. Somehow, with a dreadful squealing of metal and rubber, she comes to a halt, skewed halfway across the road and facing the bookshop so that her headlights briefly dazzle Aziraphale’s eyes. For just a moment, everything is still again.
Then the driver’s door opens, and Crowley falls out.
It takes a snowstorm, and a medical emergency, but Aziraphale and Crowley eventually figure out that they can just, y'know, talk.
And do other things.

Summary
The sound grew louder and louder until the source emerged from behind a bookcase. The whistling then dropped dramatically in pitch before coming to a sudden stop, like a songbird plummeting from the sky after being struck by an enthusiastic rifleman.
Crowley's mouth remained puckered mid-whistle, though no further sound came out. He stumbled, his toes catching on the rug under the oculus. The potted plant he was carrying nearly slipped from his hands, which would have been quite the mishap, and not solely from the threat of dirt in the carpet fibers.
You see, the plant was the only thing blocking Crowley's nether regions. His naked nether regions. His naked nether regions that were attached to his body, which was also very, very naked. Well, save for his sunglasses. And that thin silver scarf he always wore. But the rest? Bare. Nude. Au naturel.
Aziraphale sneaks away from Heaven to check on his beloved bookshop. (No, he's not checking in on anyone… anything else, don't be ridiculous.)
He and Crowley end up baring their hearts to one another, among other things.

Summary
Aziraphale Fell had given up his job at Oxford to take up a new position at the family publishing firm. But he's *weary*. So when cousin Gabriel recommends a holiday in the summer break - one last hurrah before he gets down to his new career - Aziraphale jumps at the chance, and books a solo trip to see the historic sites of the Spanish city of Valencia.
He doesn't count on his tour guide being a charming, gorgeous redhead with a track record of no-strings flings. Still - it's his last hurrah, just a week of fun in a romantic city. Where was the harm in that?
