Liam tugged Theo forward by the wrist he was still holding onto due to the fact Theo refused to step onto the rink without Liam holding onto him in some sort of way. However the second the chimeras' weight shifted, his knees instantly buckled. Liam being the amazing boyfriend caught him by the waist before he faceplanted and ended up with a mouthful of ice, grinning so hard his cheeks hurt like this was some form of comedy show for him.
“Very graceful Teddy,” Liam teased.
“Shut up,” Theo hissed but the tone held no malice, instead there was a small, private smile gracing his face, the kind of smile he only held for Liam.

Liam elbowed the chimera in the side, a smile on his face. “Shut up, it's perfect and you know it”
Theo grinned, wrapping an arm around Liam’s shoulders and pulling him close. “Yeah,” he said, eyes trained on Liam instead of the gingerbread house. “It is.”
Liam turned to look at him, his heart racing as he met Theo’s gaze. For a moment neither of them said anything. Then slowly Theo dipped his head down pressing his lips softly against Liam’s own.
The kiss wasn’t like the countless other hungry and desperate kisses they had shared after fights. No, this kiss was sweet and warm, like the smell of gingerbread and hot chocolate emitting around the room. When they pulled away from each other, Liam was smiling, with his cheeks flushed red and his eyes bright.
