With Misa and Light now imprisoned and monitored for the foreseeable future, L is ready to work on another case on the side. But because L is busy with the Kira case, in the world's eyes, he investigates this new killer as Eraldo Coil. The world dubbed this new killer 'The Jigsaw Killer', and L can't say he isn't at least a little intrigued.
However, things do not go according to plan at all..

“You are despicable. An arrogant, manipulative liar to your very core.” He continued, brushing his thumb over Light's lower lip and leaning in closer.
