Summary
Ten years ago, Credence Barebone fell in love with a hitman, and ran away to London with him. He thought that was the end of his pain. It wasn't. Harry Waters, unfortunately, saw to that.
In the present, Ken took Ray and ran away from Bruges instead of putting yet another man he loved on a train and hoping for the best. He's in love, God, he's so in love, and lives every day in fear that Ray will break down and Ken will lose him for good.
Their paths all cross in Monaco, and Ken is devastated to learn that the sweet young man he rescued in New York has become a deadly assassin. Ray, meanwhile, is heartbroken when he realizes that he's not the first "charity case" of Ken's, and it kills him to think the love that saved him might not even be real.
And Credence? Credence...is out for blood.
